In our state of the art gym, your health, well-being and personal goals come first.

Our talented team of exercise experts have chosen a varied combination of equipment that we believe to be the best in the business. This will allow you to undertake a variety of different exercises that you can be sure will work for you.

Our spacious, air-conditioned gym is equipped with the kit from TechnoGym™, a world leader in innovative fitness equipment and the latest gadgets to motivate, monitor and manage your fitness. With a digital screen that guides you through your workout, fitness has never been so simple.



All of our cardiovascular equipment includes integrated flat-screen TVs along with a choice of TV and music channels to help you feel right at home. You can even dock your iPod, block out the world and put on that motivational playlist.

Our state of the art gym has the following machines and more:

+ Technogym Artis Cardio Range including - Varios, Synchros, Bikes & Treadmills.

+ Technogym Artis Resistance range comprising of - Chest Press, Vertical Traction, Low Row, Shoulder Press, Leg Curl, Abductor, Adductor and more.

+ Technogym Pure Strength plate loaded machines including - Chest Press and Shoulder Press Air-conditioned and spacious Free Weights Area.
